Hey, I’m Alex, a product designer based in Berlin who works with founders to turn rough ideas into products that actually move the numbers.
about me
For the past 10+ years, I’ve been building alongside early‑stage startups, hyper‑growth scaleups, and a few unicorns, working across product, UX, and design systems. The thread through all of it: using data, conversations, and real usage to guide what we design, not just how it looks.
I’m usually the person founders call when things feel fuzzy. Activation is stalling, users are confused, or a new product needs a clear first version. Together, we map the problem, pick the metric that matters, and ship focused iterations until the product clicks for real people.
